Instruction to use (1)Open the cap and Inject water into bladder (2)Screw the cap to close (3)Install the tube onto the connector valve of bladder (4)Double check the seal before putting it into backpack Important Notice (1) The temperature of the water should be between -20 and 50 degree Celsius.Hydration Bladder cannot hold juice,milk,soft drink,liquor, etc. (2) Please soak the bladder for one hour in the warm salt water about 30-40 degree Celsius and then clean it before using.(The salt concentration should be controlled at about 7%.) (3) Clean with a mild detergent and rinse the reservoir thoroughly. Make sure it is completely dry, inside and outside, before storing. (4) Avoid contact with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, UV light, these elements will damage the reservoir. (5) Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to avoid puncture. (6) Caution: Don\'t over tighten the cap in case it gets hard to open. (7)To maintain its best status, we suggest you to replace the bladder every 6 months.
